Good work, terrible customer service
Eagle Eye started out fantastic as we had another company take 5 months to not show up and do our eaves. Eagle Eye did the job but was very poor on communication and seemed to want to do the job at their convenience, not ours. Rather than asking if a date and time would work they would just email that they would be by "tomorrow". When pressed for a morning or afternoon slot they didn't respond. It took 3 sessions to do all the work and at no time did they seem to understand that we would have to accommodate their presence, or lack of it, if they decided not to show up. As well, they left a sign on our lawn without our permission and their workers put a very heavy piece of equipment on top of our plants. They just didn't seem to have any empathy at all to how their actions would affect our schedule and our home. They did a fine job, I won't fault the work but they won't be quoting on the re-siding of our home due to their poor attitude.

Hello Susan. First let me start by saying thank you for sharing your experience with everyone although not completely positive. I also would like to say that I apologize sincerely for not being able to provide you with the costumer service that we are well known for and have stride for.
Unfortunately when there is multiple stages on doing a job and different crews that have to be scheduled is not always easy to be able to find the time that suits everyone. Because the second phase was such a small job we had to fit it between different jobs as you can appreciate being as busy as we are is impossible to put aside a whole day for a job that lasts 2 hours. There is always weather and conditions out of our control that cause us to change our schedule and the timing on every job. We are a relatively small family owned company and some times is very hard to be able to answer to costumers instantly. We are proud of the work that we do so we always leave a sign in-front of the house but you are absolutely right that we should have asked before we placed it there. Again I appreciate the feedback and we will work very hard that our future costumers have only the most positive experience when dealing with Eagleye Roofing Inc, not only our work but our costumer experience as well.
