The worst builder I have encountered.

I hired L3 builders to revote my Condo Kitchen. After searching around and getting multiple quotes from other renovators in the city I ended going with L3 as they had the best price and presented multiple design layouts and ideas that I hadn't even though of.

Their team was friendly and always on time. As I was living in the condo when the renovation was taking place they made sure they were respectful when coming and going and always tided up at the end of the day so I could still use the other spaces and not be inconvenienced too much.

They finished the kitchen on time ( actually a few days early ) and right on budget! I am absolutely thrilled with L3 Builders and the work they did for me. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!

After having water cone in through our solarium windows we decided to install a roof instead of the windowed roof. Having contacted many companies L3 was able to provide what we needed at a very reasonable price. L3 took care of everything including the city permits. The crew was very punctual and professional and Pete was on site checking the progress many times. They kept us informed throughout the renivation and were very approschable. All of our questions were answered and dealt with immediately. We are very happy with the work done and the L3 and will absolutely use them again in the future.

L3's team were brought in to demolish a car port and build a two-storey, 1200' sq. addition in its place. The team displayed extraordinary attention to detail, and we proactive in making sure every detail was perfect. The project was completed from foundation to finish with the greatest professionalism and I would recommend the team for their skill set, attitude and level of service. Living in the house while it was being renovated brought all the challenges you'd expect, but the courteous behaviour, humour and hard-working nature of the entire team meant we missed their presence once the build was completed. We'd have them back in a heartbeat. 5 stars isn't high enough.

I hired L3 Builders to come in and help with the addition on my home of an additional section and a full renovation of my kitchen. Its the project that I have dreamed about for years. I interview multiple contractors and the one the best suited my needs was Pete lyons company. The employees that work for the company are respectable, professional and very detail oriented. Now that the job is complete I can't be happier. My dream home is finally here and I couldn't have done it with the guidance of the company owner.
I have referred the company to all my friends and they are all satisfied.
