We needed to replace our main floor (foyer, hallway, kitchen, breakfast room) tile which was originally installed by the builder. Brandon/Tile With Style was recommended to us by Whitby Tile. Brandon came by the house, evaluated the job, and provided us an estimate within a few days. Ours was not a straight forward demo - installation. The builder had a 1/2 inch mortar base underneath the original tile which was not level. Demolition took half a day with five men. From then on, it was Brandon and his helper. They installed 1/2 inch plywood over the subfloor which was screwed down tightly before tile was laid. Even then, the floors were pretty uneven and required Brandon's meticulous attention to detail to keep everything straight and level. The tiling and grouting took five days. We had ONE tile left over after the job. We couldn't be happier with the look of the tile and how solid the floor feels underfoot. Brandon and his team were reliable, showed up on time, every day and met the estimate provided. Excellent job, Tile With Style!
