I had them come and service a fridge.
$380 tax included to defrost some ice in the fridge and replace a heating coil b/c the fridge door was not closed tightly enough.
1) They overcharged me $90 for inspection fee even they have agreed in email prior that they would not if we go ahead with the fix. They refused to refund me the $90+tax.
2) The place is tenanted, I had told them at least twice in email to call me half hour before they get there so I can be present. But they only gave me call 5-10 min before they arrive. I told them they can get in since tenant allows them to get in, but I am on my way in half an hour.
2) They started the work before I the owner got there. So basically I am stuck to pay part of the work they have started already.
3) When I asked the technician to explain the work and how to prevent issue from happening again, he was rude saying he already explained everything to tenant. I am the one paying for it, and will be renting to other future tenants, I have the right to know the work I am paying for and keep issue from happening again for future tenant.
