Basement Renovation review in

The crew was amazing, we loved having them! Chris started out really fantastic and had great ideas during our planning phase. Most of the work we are quite happy with.
Shortly after completion Chris came to look over details that needed to be touched up and was going to get back to us with when he could come back to finish. I had just had a baby and was ok waiting. Then we tried contacting him ourselves MULTIPLE times with no response. We are supposed to have a warranty but we can't even get him to reply to an email to complete.
The work was good and fast, but it's too stressful to chase them down.
