I installed a heat pump from Cana-air Cooling and Heating for my new house this summer. When it came time to actually using it, I ran into some challenges with the thermostat settings, which left me feeling frustrated. But, after reaching out to their support team, I was pleasantly surprised by their immediate and effective assistance. They patiently guided me through the setup process, resolving my issues and now everything is working great :). While I've seen some reviews mentioning poor follow-up, I personally didn't experience any of that. Overall, I appreciate their responsive customer service and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Once they sell you the product and something goes wrong, they prioritize you last to other jobs because they don't want to fix their work where they won't get paid

I got my first tankless water heater through him at the beginning, now I replaced it with a new one. Do you believe that I paid $800 for tankless installation, because he is this tankless agent, normally it is only $300. But the tankless starts to complain errors after 1 week. Manufacturer sent replacement part to me, I hope he could help to replace it, because the problem happened just 1 week after installation. He had excuses not to do it, for example, I am in the west of GTA where is far from him, he said that this was product problems. He let me look for any other specilist to fix it. But this is his order I paid for, it is his responsibities.
I can not do anything for this situation, that is too bad. He is not reliable business man, only work for money.

I called Cana-air because we were not getting any hot water from our rented tank. I called on the weekend and didn't expect anyone to answer. But they did answer, talked me through some trouble shooting, I couldn't end up fixing it so they immediately sent someone over. Joe came over and he was very professional and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. We are so grateful for the speed and friendliness of this service and would highly recommend Cana-air.

Our AC unit died right in the middle of a heat wave. After trying a different HVAC company that gave us a band-aid solution (that lasted 2 days) we decided to give CanaAir a shot when we saw their guys working in our neighbourhood at another house. My husband dealt directly with Alan who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products. He and Yuan came to install our new Lennox AC unit within a couple of days at an incredible price (we shopped around and they offered the same price on a Lennox unit as a competitor who offered an inferior unit.) They were in and out in under 3 hours, masked up, shoes off whenever in the house, and great and communicating. I’d definitely recommend these guys.

3 years ago, Joe installed a humidifier. Recently, when we had work done with our furnace. The installer noticed that the adjustment knob for the humidity level was broken. We called Joe and he came back to installed the broken part. Great customer service.

AC broke down in less than 8 years. 2012 installed. 2018 compressor failed and never checked why it failed told me he would charge 400 but ended charging me 500 and basically said I was lieng (wish I recorded the call). Compressor failed because of freon leak inside evaporator coil which was not installed properly and never opened up the furnace to check. 2019 ac stopped working again, came to check why no freon in the system. Said it was loose valve filled freon replaced filter and left did not do leak test nor did they check the evaportor coil inside the furnace again which was completely rusted and probably was leaking for years till the leak got bigger. 2020 ac not working again Tried to call him again this year and puts me behind all their new jobs. Said he would come Tuesday wedneday its now Friday and keeps saying he is busy and hangs up when I call. Went with another company and told him don't bother coming. Do your self the favor and steer clear from joe and canaair heating a cooling.
