Fantastic work. Harp was very helpful, flexible and easy to get a hold of. He was a pleasure to deal with, gave sound advice and worked within the scope of the project and budget. Very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use again for future projects.

This is my second renovation with Harp and his team. We had all the carpet removed on the second floor and replaced with laminate, new baseboards on 2 floors, new light fixtures, stairs capped and stained, new stair pickets and posts, main floor painting, 2 bathrooms remodeled, remove and replace tile flooring on main floor and 2 bathrooms. We were very happy with the work and the both Harp and his team are helpful and great to work with.

Harp and his team were a pleasure to work with especially when the working hours are weekends only in an occupied space downtown. They helped me install a beautiful new meeting room windows that introduced so much natural light into the space. Worrying about a mess was not a problem because they took extra precaution to cover and tarp off a generous area. Also Harp is very easy to deal and communicate with which makes the process very smooth. Overall it was a great experience working with Harp and i would do it again.

Had our bathrrom totally gutted and renovated with new floor, shower and tiles and vanity. Harp was very professional and offered ideas and suggestions of things I had never thought of. Did an excellent job. Harp would not considered the project completed till we were completed satisfied.

Harp and his team are amazingly hard workers. They not only meet but exceeds all expectations when renovating. His attention to detail is excellent and will not leave a work site until the customer is 100 % satisfied. Birja Renovations is one of those rare companies that believes in customer service. His job was done well within the time frame given and quote was very accurate. There were no surprises. Everything from the tear down, removal and rebuild was professional. The best thing about my renovation is the complements I receive from people passing in the park. Cannot thank you enough.
