Tyler was amazing. He was punctual, courteous and clearly explained - with pictures - what needed to be done both for safety reasons and for the longevity of my dryer. He worked for over 2 hours cleaning and repairing the dryer itself and the vent system. I would highly recommend Tyler and Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone looking for someone who specializes in this service.
