From the first time we spotted the company's spotless van, the crisp uniform, immaculate grooming, and friendly smile of the service man, it was obvious to us that he was a true professional who takes pride in his work. We were also impressed with his punctuality - a rarity amongst service calls.
We were provided with excellent customer service in inspecting and cleaning our dryer vent. The owner/operator patiently and clearly explained the entire process, our options, the various fees and made solid recommendations. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase services that we did not want. He worked diligently and fast and accurately and afterwards, he did an amazing job cleaning up both inside and outside our home. We did not have to do a thing!
The drying time has been cut down by almost half and the clothes are coming out smelling fresh and clean – none of that nasty mouldy smell. Best of all, we feel totally safe knowing that a fire hazard has been completely eliminated. Extremely satisfied customer!
