They will happily install product that they sell, however, they will not back that product up once they have the cash and are out the door. We have a VERY expensive fireplace insert that was purchased from them, and in just under a year, it began falling apart. It was covered under warranty, and we were told that the part was on order, and they would be in touch. Numerous calls and emails and still no part. THAT WAS OVER A YEAR AGO!! I also called about having the chimney swept, and that took almost a year to get done. Don't waste your time and money by shopping here. You are only going to be very disappointed in the end. They just plain do not care enough about the customer.
