Anush Interlocking

We were originally getting quotes for interlocking between the houses with the neighbour, after giving quotes, Anush made a recommendation on finishing the backyard first and gave us quotes on that as well which are quite reasonable. I noted down all the agreed measurement, price/sqf for style of the stone, sod, depth of screening etc and had him confirmed it before the job. We made last minute adjustment to interlock an additional area of the backyard and Anush was super easy to deal with and met all of our requests with honesty and he did what was needed like adding a retaining wall beside the fence with the neighbour to keep the integrity of the interlock we were about to do, and he said he should've added that in the quote but he didn't he felt bad, and gave us the option to do it with a 50% cost of the retaining wall or not going ahead with it, so we went ahead with it, and he also made adjustment to price because he quoted a couple more steps and used the extra stones to made a landing for my neighbour for free. Couple of our fence posts were broken(20-year old) and we call the repair guy in and with the new gap created by the repair, Anush and his team re-did the edge of the stones without charging extra after the fence was repair. He also replanted a couple of our trees using the machine which saved us a lot of digging. I really like his attitude on understanding our requests and hes being very fair and reasonable and gave us honest feedback on what is needed to be done and where we could avoid and save money, for example the additional area we decided last minute, we were thinking of a 12x12 for a fire pit area, but he suggested 9x9 after he started laying out the bricks saying it would look nicer and it would be enough area according to our needs; and adjusted the price for us.

I got his contact from a friend whose backyard I have been to and it looked nice. However, I was nervous after reading the review on here, so I make sure I had everything in writing what we agreed to and attach it with the work order/invoice. Hes very easy to deal with, listens to our needs and gives honest opinions. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends.
