We decided to use Wish List Home Improvementsas our contractor to transform our old kitchen into a beautiful new one. I gave Wish my ideas and he helped to refine the plan, giving useful and helpful recommendations. Wish and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and very precise. They were all very nice guys in general, respectful, fun and very conscientious in doing a great job. His crew did more than remove a wall; they rebuilt and painted new walls, trim and ceiling and we now have a combined kitchen and dining area as one large room. The sunlight from the dining room window now shines in each morning and throughout the day. His top notch crew installed a new diamond patterned tiled floor which is exactly to my specifications and looks fabulous. When I was uncertain about lighting, Wish recommended to install new ceiling pot lights and pendants along with an upgrade to our electrical outlets to accommodate proper usage of our kitchen. They worked together with Millar Genuine Craft for our cupboard installation and beautiful backsplash and counters to complete everything just the way I expected. Wish List also kept to the timeline and within budget completing the job within 4-5 weeks. I highly recommend Wish List Home Improvements!

We used Wish List to help in renovating our mud room and build a basement laundry area. Wish was a pleasure to work with, on time, on budget. They took an existing unfinished area in our furnace room and built a custom built laundry room with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. He also finished off and completed a mud room which we have loved! Wish came highly recommended and we are very glad to have used him and will continue to use this company for any home renovation or improvement projects.

We hired Wish List after getting a number of quotes. He delivered on his timeline and within budget. His team were very efficient and did top quality work. We are very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again for bigger projects.

I recently renovated my home using Wish List Home improvements as the main contractor.

The project scope was a ground floor renovation making two rooms into one, a new kitchen, powder room, new patio door and window at the back.

The two main contractors Wish List and Povey Custom Woodwork both took me to reference sites to see examples of there respective work both were impressive. They provided detailed estimate for my project work which proved to be very accurate.there were no major cost overruns.

The project began on time running for five weeks during which time the contractor was on site and working. The majority of the work was complete during this time. The project had a small overrun in time of an additional three weeks due to missing parts for an appliance that I had purchased we had to wait for replacements to arrive before the final work could be completed.

The workmanship was outstanding paying attention to the small details makes a big difference to the finished product. When the neighbours see the the cut tile cover for the forced air heating vent I get a warm smile or the fact that my old floor used to creek while there is no creaking from the new floor. It all makes a big difference.

The contractor was always on site when the main work was performed.The contractor was always available to move or reposition appliance to allow installation of counter tops or the final positioning of the panelled fridge. Again taking care of the small details ie don't damage the new floor or kitchen island.

To sum up my dealings with Wish List Home improvements they were very professional, on time and on budget. The work is done to a high standard paying attention to all of the small details that make a great project. The contractor was always on site or available after hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home renovation.

Wish List Home Renovations recently installed new hardwood flooring in our home and we have been extremely pleased with the results. Wish Krajewski and his team were professional and experienced and our flooring is absolutely beautiful. Wish personally helped me with the tough decision of choosing which flooring would be most suited for our busy household (which includes pets) and made a number of recommendations that would fit our decor, household requirements and budget. Wish was extremely patient in answering our numerous questions while choosing our hardwood as well as our questions on future renovations. We have found no flaws and there was very little waste when the job was completed. The work was finished on time and after the crew left, our home was left in spotless condition with no evidence that they had been there, other than our lovely new flooring. I would definitely hire Wish List Home Renovations for future home projects or renovations and have recommended them to many friends and family members.

We hired Wish to install a relatively tricky marble back splash in our brand new custom kitchen and we could not have been happier with the result. He was incredibly detail oriented and made suggestions for finishing touches that we would not have thought of ourselves. He also skillfully installed our range hood, wrapping the top with a continuation of the molding across the ceiling for a really professional finish. We're so glad we went to Wish to have this done and not someone else.
