Excellent product advice on selecting the make/model that best fit the need/budget and from there, all continued to go well. The installation was completed as scheduled, including a very inexpensive, well done piece of custom trim that had to be added to my fireplace opening, so the new insert would fit ok. It even required removing a row of the original bricks. I know many companies either would have sub contracted this .. or charged me a lot for the extra work. Gilles and his staff definitely practise the welcome business ethic of "customer first" and I would highly recommend G.I. Joe Heating!
