Heavenly Heat Inc.

I recently purchased a radiant floor heating system (was sold two 225sqft of heating cable, a wifi thermostat, and a relay module as I am controlling 450 sqft with one thermostat. I was told by the sales rep at Heavenly Heat Concord, On that I required 1 15AMP breaker to control the entire system. I paid an electrician $450 to run a line and install the breaker. After floor was installed I contacted Heavenly Heat to get clarification on hooking up the relay module. I was put over to their tech guy who informed me that one 15AMP breaker would not suffice as it fell well short of handling the load. I told him that the sales rep. did the calculation when I purchased the unit, as I specifically asked if I required a dedicated breaker and size, and was informed by Heavenly Heat that I only required one 15amp breaker.
Now I have to pay an electrician $550 to come and run a second line and install a second breaker. I called Heaven Heat and all they could admit was they made an error. That error is going to cost me $550! I hope Heavenly Heat will compensate me for their error. If not I do not recommend anyone using or purchasing an electric radiant floor heating system from Heavenly Heat.
