My central vacuum got wet due to a burst hose in the garage, and Luca and Gino responded to my emergency very quickly. Gino was able to diagnose the problem and within the same day Gino got it back up and running.

These guys do terrific work and I would recommend them to anyone looking to either get their central vacuum repaired, or if considering a new central vac please have a quick discussion with Gino - his wealth of knowledge is very refreshing- and a few mins with him will show you that he knows his stuff.

My central vacuum suction stopped working. I did a little investigation and research on my own and determined the problem was the motor. Based on the other positive reviews I called VacMan.ca. Luckily, Gino was able to come out the same day. He confirmed the problem was a dead motor. He outlined the costs and benefits of my options, repair vs new. I decided to purchase a new unit. He came prepared and had one in his van. He completed the installation in about an hour, checked all the suction outlets as well as our accessories. He tightened the suction outlets and confirmed something we had previously believed, that one of the hoses had a problem, which was likely the cause of the motor burn out. We thought the hose had a blockage that lowered the suction but it was the hose itself which had been crushed and could no longer hold its shape, which was the cause of the problem. Again, he came prepared and we purchased a new low voltage accessories kit from him. Not only did Gino do a thorough job, he came prepared, he was polite and he was knowledgeable. At no point did we feel pressure to purchase from him. He let us decide what level of service to purchase. Refreshing old world service.

After multiple quotes that were way over my budget, I called Gino. What a great man. His price was fair and he used his brain. Honest pay for honest work. It doesnt hurt that hes been in the business 41 years. Definitely recommend calling this man. Hes a vacuum legend thanks Gino!!!!

Just moved into a newly built home and needed the garage outlet hooked up to the canister. Gino arrived. Did a great job and then checked all the outlets in the housethat we KNEW OF! He found TWO outlets that had been covered up by the drywallers, and another that had a wire cut during construction process so it would never have worked. Gino fixed everything and in fact, did the work that the contractor should have ensured was done properly according to their own blueprints. Gino saved the day!

Second time we have gone to Vac Man and delighted both times. Luca restored a full Dyson vacuum along with portable Dyson stick so that both now work like new after seeming completely dead. Does exactly what he promises and for the price he quotes. Good guy, totally reliable.

My vacuum kept stopping and finslly wont work. Called Vac Man and the sweet lady said that Gino will call me to set an appointment. He called on same day and came to fix it. Gino figured out right away what was wrong. In 40 minutes he got my vacuum to work like new.

My heart sank on the day my Dyson Animal just stopped working. I was a bit frantic because this is one of the best vacuums I have purchased. I went hunting for a repair shop on Google, and was impressed with the stellar reviews The Vac Man had. Luca was super flexible with time, and gave me an estimate of what it would take to get my Dyson working again. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price, and the professionalism. 11 out of 10 stars.

Excellent service by Gino. He is honest, professional, thorough, and meticulous. He patiently explained options as we mulled over the decision - replace or repair. We opted to replace and his work was exceptional. He thoroughly checked all central vac outlets, recommended replacing two of them (which he did), and showed us what to do to keep the central vac running well. It was one stop shopping and Gino was terrific in diagnosing the problem, providing options, letting us decide without any pressure one way or the other, completing the installation, and checking the entire system throughly -in addition to sharing with us how best to keep our central vac system working well for years to come.
