Let's just say from the initial phone call, to the in-home consultation, to days after the renovation was complete, Paul impressed us with his knowledge, suggestions, friendly service and attention to detail. We had a very tight timeline before we needed to move in, and Paul willingly took on our bathroom renovation. We have a young son, so it was really important to us that a bathtub was added to our bathroom. Paul even re-arranged his schedule to accommodate our timeline; we couldn't thank him enough for this. During the initial consultation, Paul provided a number of suggestions and took the time to determine what would be best to address our needs; this was really helpful. We received a detailed quote shortly thereafter. Paul always communicated and addressed all of our questions and concerns right away, and we felt comfortable asking for any clarification at any point during the project. During each step of the project, he made sure we were satisfied with the products and the progress of the renovation. And the bathroom; such quality and care went into the design and workmanship, honestly just amazing work.
