Pathetic & Rude customer service
They were getting late to fulfill my appointment on Saturday afternoon but first the person said they are 1 hr behind the schedule
I told my reasons that if they are late then it wont work for me as I have to leave for a family function
The person on the phone gave me following reasons
1. They are working on Saturday that is why I HAVE to accept there late arrival
2. Rogers/Bell gave 4 hr window so why not us
3. Get your Refund
4. Businesses are going out of business because customer like me who do not gave them 1 hr late window
5. He shuts down the phone on me while I was still talking
My reasons
1. While booking for appointment was it mentioned that there will be a 1-2 hrs of window?
2. If you are late then talk politely with customer
3. Your late arrival was not because of me
4. Why you book so many appointment when you can not follow ur schedule
6. If you are working that why to mention that it is a Saturday and I am working. Just tell customers that we do not service on weekends.
7. Businesses are going out because of poor scheduling & pathetic customer services, hence loosing customers
8. Never shuts down the phone when person on other side is still talking.
Will never ever get service from this company
Only do so if you want you to be disrespected
