Best Way Heating

My 20 year old Lennox Whisper Heat furnace was not working. I had 2 different heating and licensed gas fitters come in. Both of them were unable to figure out the issue and all i ended up was hundreds of $$ spent on parts and labor. I was at the point when i thought i had no other option but to change out the furnace. Then i stumbled upon Best Way heating on google. The Homestars reviews from different customers really gave me a boost of confidence to call.
Jaffar picked up my call and promptly set up an appointment for the afternoon. 2.5 hours later He resurrected the furnace back to life!!
From the moment he introduced himself at the door, he was very personable and reassuring. While he was working, his experience and skills was very evident. Half of his time was spent fixing up the mess made by the other 2. His workmanship and professionalism was impeccable. To top this off when he presented the bill, Jaffar explained the charge breakdown and both the cost of labor and parts were so reasonable compared to the other BIG Name companies. The parts were lower than the online and local parts stores!
