Jafar was great-can't say enough good stuff about him.
He provided 4 quotes getting progressively more pricey with better units, etc(just as I requested). He was so patient and we exchanged several emails and phone calls providing further explanation- then he provided a 5th option which gave me the higher seer and lower decibels that I was looking for. Each quote laid out exactly what he was doing for the money.
He explained how the "rebate" system works....and it is not actually easy to qualify! (My mom will get zero rebate as she still has a gas furnace.)
Once a decision was made, they came within 2 days and left everything spotless. They did the AC / fan coil / new copper lines replacement & thermostat in one day! Fantastic. Temp dropped from 84 to 68 overnight.
