My dryer ran but wouldn't heat. I had Mr. Appliance come and look at it. Justin came and the next day Jason the owner came as we could not figure out the issue. Both advised it was an electrical issue and not the applicance. Justin checked out the whole dryer and Jason even checked to see if something was wrong at the hydro box. Sure enough it was an electrical problem caused by a contractor we had in. This company is amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend them. Justin is quiet and very thorough and efficient and Jason is outgoing and very knowledgeable. As a company owner he puts the client first. If I could give 20 stars I would. You are in good hands with Mr. Appliance.
