2 large 12ft long spiral chandeliers
I found Serge and sent him pics in Jan 2022. He sent me a quote straight away. I asked for installation n March2022. He agreed. When it was time he arrived on time as promised. He discovered that the lights were not from the store he had thought they were from. It meant that the work to be done was a little more tedious than what he had envisaged.
Serge was extremely professional. Rather than complaining about the extra work, he very politely asked if we could give him a hand with some unpacking and handing of crystals to him.
It took him 4 hrs longer than he had estimated for the job. However, he did not ask to be compensated for the extra time. He was a professional and extremely experienced and skilled at what he did. Most of all he was a gentleman! I would never hesitate to use him or recommend him to anyone. Thank you Serge!
