My furnace was Red Tagged on Thursday. After 2 days of freezing and no satisfactory answers from the Company I was dealing with, my brother called John.
Within an hour or so Shawn arrived at my house with a heater and a solution.
Monday morning, as promised, Alex, Cam, and Ouss arrived (despite the snowy weather), and by 1:30 my new furnace was up and running.
Literally and figuratively, you do get the Red carpet treatment with Reliable…..professional, clean, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend them.
Not many Companies I called, work weekends, yet have an Emergency line??
