Went with Conroy on a recommendation and it was a fantastic idea. He not only found the wood that best matched our existing hardwood but then worked to ensure the new flooring matched the existing down to orientation of the wood grain and the baseboards. He was efficient, followed all the guidelines laid out by our management company, kept our condo clean throughout and was very reasonably priced; once the work was finished he clearly outlined the total cost and provided all the information I would need to find the same wood again if necessary.
