Trail Appliances

We went to one of their yearly new years sales and got a great deal on a set of Kitchen Aid appliances. Service was friendly and free coffee was good. They were able to hold on to the appliances for months until the house is completed. Talk to Ryan - he's the guy we dealt with and he was knowledgeable and friendly. I e-mailed him several times to get dimensions and details about our appliances and he immediately send those to us.

We are building with Albi Homes and they used Trail as their recommended appliance supplier. I wasnt sure i would get the best price but the account manager sales lady Jen was awesome!!! She got us a really great sale on a full KitchenAid kitchen and found the best discounts. She was great to deal with and totally not pushy. We are going back to get our washer dryer now!

Our fridge was on its last legs so we were in the market for a new one as it was not feasible to repair it being that it was probably the original. We had heard that Trail Appliances has a good selection of good quality units. The sales tech was very helpful and knowledgeable in determining the fridge that would suit our needs and give us the best bang for the buck. The showroom was very well laid out and we didnlt feel too pressured into rushing the purchase. We are very happy with our shopping experience and would not hesitate to recommend Trial Appliances.

The showroom at trail appliances vancouver had a variety of brand names and unit models to choose from. The sales staff were very helpful. They determined the proper size of the units to be installed. Delivery and installation were scheduled accordingly. Our range had to be installed by a "qualified" contractor, for which they had a recommended list of names. The whole process was simple and easy.

I purchased my new fridge from Trail Appliances. Their sales team and staff are very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Shop around because they match prices. They have a variety of brands, high end as well.

We bought the gas top for a spice kitchen. Great customer service and the price is reasonable too. We only bought one thing and they still gave us a good discount. The salesperson gave us really good explanation of the product too.

We bought a stackable Whirlpool Washer/Dryer set and the sales person that helped us was very informative, professional and knowledgeable but gave us some wrong information on the number of loads that the washer could hold. We did notice that the washer was making noises shortly after we purchased it but it didn't seem to be causing any problems until shortly after a year, the washer was no longer usable because it had been overloaded. At first, we contacted Whirlpool Canada but our warranty had expired so they advised us to contact Trail as they faulted Trail in giving us false information. After explaining the situation with Trail, they faulted Whirlpool because of their product so we were caught in the middle. Frustrated, we ended up dealing with the manager at Trail and after a few reluctant conversations, Trail ended up honouring the product they sold to us and had their serviceman fix our washer under warranty. Overall, we were really happy with the end result and we would deal with Trail again. They are a company that seems to believe in customer satisfaction.

Great service at the floor with Bev. She was very knowledgeable and we are very happy with our choices! There's so much to choose from, but she was able to direct us to the appliances we needed within our budget.

We were renovating our kitchen and needed new appliances. We had shopped everywhere Sears, Coast Appliances, Costco and finally ended up at Trail Appliances. They gave me excellent advice and was extremey helpful in making sure I got what I needed. Because I was buying a fridge, oven, stove top, range, dish washer and garburator, they gave me extra discounts. Overall, I was happy with my purchases and would recommend them to family and friends.
