Trail Appliances

I was looking to replace my old fridge and was doing some research on prices and brands at different locations. I ended up finding the best price at trail appliance once I spoke with one of the salespeople.
I was impressed with trail and will go there for future purchases of appliances.

I went there because becuase my friend recommend. The staff is very nice and helpful. Even I want some stuff that they are not there. They will help me to find them. Ther pirce is reasonable.

I had bought other appliances at Trail appliances before and was pretty happy with the service and selection so when I needed to get a fridge for the rental suite I am setting up in my basement, this was the only place I went to. I ended up getting a really nice mid-line May Tag for a really good price. I will definitely shop here again.

I was looking to replace my 10 year old dishwasher because the jets weren't powerful enough. I did some research online and found trail appliances carried some top of the line dishwashers. The have quite a large selection, but Bob, the salesguy, helped me navigate through all the options and helped me find one that fit my needs and my budget.

Recently I decided that the kitchen needed an uplift. Part of the remodelling was painting the cabinets and also replacing my older appliances. Lucky for me Trail Appliances had a promotion when you bought multiple appliances so I was able to get a better price over the advertised discounts. Bought a maytag Fridge + stove top and a Whirlpool dishwasher. Not the first time I've shopped there. Staff are pretty helpful and no pressure..

I had my laundry break down because I overload my laundry. I asked them to come check and they came in the next day. The guy said that one of the parts need to be replace and he said he will be back in couple days. He came back and he fixed the laundry. He was very nice person and gave couple useful suggestions. Overall the service is great!

Last year I ordered a Blomberg stackable washer/dryer unit. The delivery was on time and the employees who installed it were professional and knowledgable. I would definitely consider Trail for future purchases.

Trail had an excellent selection of appliances - and although the service was just ok (not poor but not outstanding) the reputation of Trail and their stability is why we purchased through them. Overall, appliances (LG) are high end and we have had no issues with them - all commitments were upheld according to what was communicated to us and overall, we were very pleased with the whole experience.

We occasionally have broken items on our appliances and it is difficult getting parts from the original manufactures. Trail has a parts department that seems to stock parts for any appliance whether they sell it or not

The vent for the oven needed replacing and they sourced out the part. The style had been updated and improved. It fit perfectly and functioned better. Pleased with the quick service.
