Down to the studs bathroom reno in 100 year old home
We needed to completely redo our main bathroom in an old Toronto that came with all sort of issues that old homes (and multiple cheap renovations over the years) bring with it.
Scott made an immediate an impression when we first met him in early 2022 during the initial visit. He saw the small space and came up with great suggestions for how we could maximize it. He was really easy to talk to and took his time to explain all of the options and the work that would be involved. He followed up with a incredibly detailed estimate/contract that no other contractor even came close to.
The work was done by Scott's team over the course of 5-6 weeks in late 2022. This included various delays due to city inspectors or subcontractor scheduling. Throughout the process Scott was always updating us on the schedule and checked with us on every decision.
James did most of the work in rebuilding the bathroom after the demo and was a pleasure to have working on the project for the duration. He consulted us on all the important decisions throughout the process and took care to keep our home clean. All of his work whether framing, drywall, painting or making a custom oak threshold was impeccable.
