Romaniuk Heating And Air Conditioning

My furnace had a blower motor quit during the -30 degree weather. I called and they booked me in for the following day with a 4pm to 8pm. I called twice for updates within the window and each time was on hold for 10min while the person talked to the dispatcher to get information. I text the number twice and got 0 response. They finally showed up at 1040pm and confirmed the diagnosis I received from ATCO. The repairman said "you should have called during the weekdays and business hours as there is a $200 extra charge to go get the part (even though it was already confirmed what was wrong). I did advise him that I DID in fact call during the week and the charge should not be applied. The no extra charges/emergency charges is inaccurate as they reworded it by using the above noted additional charge for call out to get a part so this is against their promise. They just charge using different words to bring people in. Its been 1 week since I received my repair that cost over $1300 for a blower motor and I still have not received an invoice yet. Nobody is returning calls and there is no email to write to them with. Poor customer service

The coldest week of the winter (- 50s with wind chill)! They appraised my old, non-working furnace (hooped) and within a day, had me equipped and happily running with a new furnace! From the guy who looked at our old furnace (with a view to repair), to the guy who informed me about new equipment, to the guys who installed the new furnace OUTSTANDING! Bearing in mind, Ive only had new equipment for a day but so far I couldnt be more pleased! Thank you VERY much!

Cory the technician fixed the problem and was out within a few hours of me calling. Really appreciate the professional crew at Romaniuk!! I highly recommend this company.

I had my furnace replaced and so far things are looking good. Scott and Raul who did the the installation were great. They were very professional, friendly and answered my questions throughout the day. They cleaned up, walked me through the new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. I am very happy about the service I received and will gladly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new furnace or AC installed into their home. The were recommended to me by my parents who had their furnace replaced in October by Romaniuk.

Julian was an awesome help when we needed it the most. Between his knowledge, math and just being a nice guy overall, it was great to have him in our home to fix our furnace which had been experiencing problems for some time. This was not our first time using Romaniuk and we would not hesitate to call them again. We would definitely ask for Julian for any future service as well!

Jared did a great job explaining the products and process, we were able to get the install team we requested in just a couple days. Darrian and Sean did a fantastic job with the install, answered all my questions and made sure to point out some changes from my original set up. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with install and gave us some really good ideas on placement that I wish we would have had the last time we replaced our furnace's.
Overall I will be using Romaniuk for any future services.

My furnace was producing multiple E2 Error Codes constantly, Julian came over and did a handful of preliminary check, voltage checks, venting slope angles, condensate block and condensate pump check and drainage, to eliminate any other potential conflicts. New pressure switch, fast, friendly service, right from the Customer Service Line, Service manager Andrew and Tech Julian, Highly Recommend!!!

Initially we selected Romaniuk because the price quote to replace our aging furnace was the lowest amongst 4 prices offered. Jarret, the Home Advisor, arrived on time and provided good information and explanations and lfet with the price quote. We added some other needed HVAC alternations and agin through Jarret negotiated a reasonable costing. The installation team - Monte and Josh - arrived and within 6 hours we had an operating furnace. The next day the team arrived again to complete needed duct work. They were polite, courteous and efficient in all respects. The work site was left in the same condition as when they arrived. Romaniuk offers additional warranty beyond that of the furnace manufacturer, including a first year free furnace inspection. The install tem left us with all the booklets and instructions and ensured we knew how to operate the equipment. There is no question that we are totally satisfied with Romaniuk and highly recommend this company to others in need of HVAC service and equipment.
