SO MANY RED FLAGS so learn from all of us who ignored them and gave this company - who have changed names - the benefit of the doubt - how they are allowed on HomeStars is mind-boggling and definitely casts doubt on all other businesses who are on this site.

1. CASH OR DEBIT ONLY - no credit card accepted - but I was not told that when booking - just when the technician arrived. Can't cancel a cash or debit payment - get the money and run - * red flag .
2. Told the service cost would be $80 - ok BUT the dryer repair STARTS at $280 (minus the $80 service) Absurd LACK OF TRANSPARENCY when booking and then when you have a repair person at your home, the dryer is not working, it's the weekend etc etc. I am already spending $80 either way, and if I choose not to have the dryer fixed I am stuck finding someone else. Good business tactic to make extra money off customers. But totally sleazy as a company. *red flag
3. After demanding to speak with ownership and resolution to this situation was offered $75 credit ONLY IF I SIGNED A WAIVER AGREEING NOT TO FURTHER THE ISSUE, NOT DISCUSS ETC ETC. ***huge red flag

GUESS WHAT - I'd rather throw $75 in the garbage knowing that this information could protect someone else from being taken advantage of - especially an elderly person or someone who is tight with money.
