Joey from Pioneer came first to assess our needs as the hot water tank sits under a stairwell with a stackable washer/dryer in the same space, that must be pulled out for access. He was able to move everything for us and had the new tank properly installed with strapping and expansion tank in very reasonable time. He also fixed 2 issues we had with the main water shut off and made a good suggestion about replacing the older style hoses on our washer. We were very pleased with all the work; the cost was as estimated. Joey was also very professional and very easy to work with. We will definitely recommend Pioneer.
