They repaired the system in October 2021. The same zone which was repaired stopped working this September. They assured that the labor is under the warranty and sent the technician to check. The technician wanted to replace the valve again (they charge for parts) but eventually found that it was just the wire of the valve they installed last year that was loose. He connected the wire. Initially they sent us the invoice for $460 on repair of loose wire. After several communications and with the help of their communication manager the issue was resoled and they cancelled the charge.
