Is the company still in business? I had the roof done by City a few years back and would like them to come back to replace the eavestrough and other work. Emailed Peter more than a month ago and no answer, called 2 days ago to follow up and left a vm and also emailed again. Today when I called his mailbox is full.
I would hate to have to bring my business to another company as Peter did a great job on my roof but I can't wait forever for a call that may or may not happen.
If the company is not in business please put a message on your website or voice mail so customers would know not to bother you any more.

I had issues with my shingles due to strong winds and needed to have it repaired asap!

I contacted Peter from City roofing about some issues I was having with my roof. He knew exactly what needs to be done. Peter scheduled to fix my roof during the long weekend and he did an amazing job!

In addition, Peter followed up with me a week later to see if I had any issues with the repair he had done. Needless to say, that is what I consider great customer service!

Peter did such an amazing job that I highly recommend his services.

After the installation of the new roof by City Roofing in the year of 2006 (nine and half years ago), two pieces of shingles were damaged recently by strong wind. Peter Yee came and have them fixed with no charge. City Roofing did honour the 10-year workmanship warranty! Thanks!

Peter and his team did an excellent job of replacing my roof. He is very professional and informative and answered all my queries. We originally scheduled to do it on Tuesday, but the nature of mother was not cooperative. I called him on Sunday morning and asked him to reschedule it due to raining weather forecast. He rescheduled to Monday, the next day. The shingles were arrived on the Sunday evening. His team totally of 7 people was very efficient and completed the job in one day as promised. They cleaned up neatly as well. He also replaced a piece of gutter and sealed all corners of gutter for me. He used high quality material and provided warranty at a reasonable price.
Highly recommended.

I am pleased with Peter's work. However it is still too early to give a detailed review (just 1 week post installation). No leaks after the rain fell. I do like the fact that what I ordered was what I received and beyond such as adding a downspout due to poor builder installation (will now prevent water pouring out of the downspout directly on the roof and ice build up). They also installed owner purchased solar attic ventilation fans so hopefully that improves air circulation. Crew's post clean up was satisfactory - I did have to do some minor clean up but not sufficient to take a star off. Love the look of the new GAF HD Timberline shingles. However I did notice some of the shingle "dust" is in the eavestroughs (same as the builders) so not sure about longevity of this shingle - time will tell.
Overall solid installation and would recommend.

Peter and his team did an excellent job on our roof. He went above and beyond adding some down spouts for me. Very professional and informative. After the job, the area was cleaned up as promised. He's done a few houses in our area and all are very happy with his work and his pricing is very fair. It also helps that he's a certified BP installer provided if that's what you want for shingles.
