Peter and his team was very professional from the start to finish. Although our job was not big, he provided the same quality of service as if it was a big job. During the quoting, Peter explained the options to us and kept our budget in mind and did not "push us" into replacing everything. His team did an excellent job and we are very satisfied with the end product. Peter took pictures to show us and assured us if there were ever any problems he would come back to fix. We would not hesitate to refer him to others!

Peter came out to quote and explained the options and work required in detail. He was patient in answering my questions on a few follow up calls/emails.

Once we decided to go with City Roofing, Peter communicated the start date/time and him and his crew showed up on time. They worked efficiently and completed all the work in the same day. They were through with the cleanup and Peter went up for a final inspection as well.

Peter also followed up after the work was complete after a few days of rain to ensure we were happy and that there wasnt any issues.

We had our full installation of asphalt shingles done by Peter and his team in April 2017. Peter was very professional, friendly and informative. For any questions or concerns we had, he made sure our questions are answered clearly by showing us drawings of our roof and photos from his previous work. He also took the time to weight out pros and cons with us during decision making, ensuring we feel satisfy and comfortable with the choice we make.

The installation was done efficiently on the day, we are extremely impressed with the clean up and final checks that Peter and his team does at the end of the day after installation is completed. We will highly recommend Peter and his team to anyone who are seeking information for roofing repair and installation.

Peter and his team replaced our roof early this week. From our initial meeting, I found Peter to be professional, knowledgeable and sincere. He personally inspected the roof, took pictures and showed these to me, explaining in detail the problem and the work that needs to be done.

On installation date, they arrived at our place on time. They immediately covered both sides of the house with polytarps to ensure that all debris will be collected and disposed off properly. They worked tirelessly the whole day, taking out the old shingles and the damaged plywood, and installing the new shingles and vents. They were quite efficient in installing the new roof and thorough in cleaning up the area. His crew checked the area several times using a magnetic cleanup tool to ensure that all nails and/ or metal debris will be taken out from the premises. Prior to leaving, Peter himself did a final check of the area using this magnetic sweep to ensure that there were no nails left behind.

Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of work, and the professionalism and care that Peter and his team showed. Good thing I chose City Roofing. I will definitely refer him and his firm to my friends and relatives.

Our neighbours and we got several quotes and decided to go with City Roofing. Peter is very knowledgable and his team is professional and efficient. He personally came to check the roof to make sure it's okay when the job was done. He used a metal detector to grab all the nails for us as we were concerned with our children stepping on them.

One day after a windy and rainy day our aluminum fascia cover was falling off. Our builder didn't do a good job nailing it in. I called Peter and he came to take a look within an hour, and came the following day to fix it for us!!!!

We have recommended Peter to our friends and they also are happy with their new roof and his customer service.

The fact that you responded to the call on a Sunday, within 2 hours was amazing. However, you topped that by showing up again, in the rain to truly inspect the problem and fixed the leaking roof permanently was nothing short of remarkable customer service. Peter and his team replaced my roof last year (2016) and the quality and workmanship were both excellent. They finished the job (both roofs on 2 semi detached houses) before 7pm which was beyond my expectation (I knew that some companies won't be able to finish until after 9pm). Peter personally inspected the roof and made sure the area is clean. Two days ago a raccoon ripped off a metal strap and couple of shingles from the roof. Peter fixed it next day after he got my call without charging me (Animal damage is not covered by the warranty). What a services!
