Peter and City Roofing came highly recommended to us by our neighbours. When we purchased a new home, we contacted Peter immediately who came with us to visit the property twice to survey the roof and eavestrough work required. The home had not been maintained properly over the years and Peter gave us a fair and honest assessment, never once trying to upsell us and ensuring he would bring the home back to good condition.

We completed a full roof replacement, installed new vents, new eavestroughs and gutters complete with Leaf Guard, and new downspouts. The job took 2 full days to complete with Peter and his crew taking care to protect the house / windows from damage from the work and a full cleanup at the end. Peter kept us apprised of the progress during the project and provided plenty of photos before and after the ensure we were satisfied with the work. His professionalism and high level of service are the reason I do not hesitate to recommend him to others.

A follow-up to my original review: We experienced a problem a few months after with a minor leak in our master ensuite. We gave Peter a call and he came out the very next day to inspect the roof. He did a thorough walkabout and we confirmed the leak was not as a result of the roof. Despite it not being his problem to contend with, he went the extra mile to help us diagnose the issue and narrow down the cause. He even put is in contact with a contractor who rectified the leak. He followed up with us through the entire process. Again, this only proves that Customer Service is #1 in his books and we would not hesitate to recommend him or his team to anyone.
