Our fireplace was leaking water from the snow and we weren't sure what the problem was so I contacted Darren and he came by within a day or so and went up to take a look. He explained that our 25 year old chase cap needed to be replaced and that once it was done, everything would be sealed and we wouldn't have any more leaking. The cap is a custom made piece and Darren took care of the ordering of it and it was done within a few days. He came back right away to complete the work and also added extra mesh to our flues as an animal had gotten trapped in it due to the old flue's that didn't have the mesh.
I found Darren to be professional and polite and the service was done quickly and without any problems. The price was fair and I felt that our needs were taken care of in an honest and experienced manner by Darren. He is a certified technician for this kind of work and I would highly recommend him.
