All windows at my daughters house urgently needed caulking. Rob provided prompt courteous service, old style craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. In addition the steel lintels were painted at no extra cost. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Rob accepted to paint the exterior of my home in May, 2015 and received a $5000 deposit. After repeated excuses such as family issues and weather by August all that was accomplished was the mailbox had been removed and samples of paint splattered here and there on the exterior. After months in this condition neighbors and tenant were appalled. Finally when Rob told me he can't resume work until Sept 8th I contacted another contractor and the job was completed in 5 days. Rob has yet to refund a cent of the deposit. He totally abused my confidence and trust in him leaving my home in a terrible state for months and me out $5000.

Rob is a 'handy' handyman. I had a long list of things to be done and he did them beautifully. Very friendly and a no-nonsense person. His charges are reasonable too. Highly recommended!!

Rob worked meticulously and you could tell he enjoys his work. He consulted frequently with me and often explained what he was doing or going to do. He used quality tools and materials, and never took any shortcuts. He customized the work. He left the work site tidy and clean. The results are outstanding!

Did work as discussed and brought problems to my attention and gave a few options on how to proceed. Was on time everyday. Communicated with me regularly with timeframe and kept on time. Finished on time and on budget. Very good quality and was a pleasure to have him do the work. Quality work through out. Will hire him again in the future to do more work.

Rob was very professional, highly experienced and extremely friendly. We had a difficult hardwood floor repair but Rob talked us through the process step by step. When Rob was done, the floors looked like they were never damaged. We were extremely pleased with the results. One thing that is hard to find in the construction industry is people who truly care about what they do and deliver on budget and on time and Rob definitely had it all. I would definitely hire Rob again for my future projects. If you do hire Rob, be sure to have Werther's Original candy on hand, he loves them!
