Rigid Frame Structural Engineers team is really great bunch of guys to work with. They are very responsive, conscious of budget and timing and do whatever it takes to please.

Pezhman provided structural engineering consultation service for a project to repair a settled foundation and its impact in the walls and sagged roof of a single family house. He gave detailed analysis and instructions on determining the specific walls and roof rafters that needed repair, details of the repair steps for adding new support trusses, sister boards to repair split rafters, details of hardware required and drawings. Pezhman explained the technical issues with excellent clarity and provided several resources needed to implement the repair based on best practices and standards. He also made excellent recommendations on maintaining the foundation to avoid further damage, design of storm water drain, process of excavation near the foundation to prevent settling soil, use of laser to measure vertical alignment of walls, and material used for wall repairs. We went to him several times during the repairs and asked for advice and each time he spent several hours patiently explaining the issues. Pezhman is an outstanding structural Engineer and I would recommend his services without any hesitation.

After purchasing an investment property, we decided to completely demolish and rebuild it. We were on a tight budget and schedule. Amazing capability to get the Architectural and structural permit drawings promptly, do the actual construction job and bring the construction experience into the design to save us time and money. We purchased a property North of Post road in Toronto and were looking For a knowledgeable and experienced company to prepare the Architectural, Structural and Mechanical drawings for the City permit.
We came across Rigid Frame through Homestars website and was Impressed with their excellent reviews. They prepared all the required Permit drawings and since we had some zoning infractions, Rigid frame Helped us to pass the committee of Adjustment successfully. This added A lot of value to our building project proposal.
Rigid frame is a design-build company and they were familiar with our Requested vision and intention for our property and provided a quote for The full construction. We also received four more quotes for the Construction from four different companies. However, we chose to go Ahead with the quote received from RF, since their quote was very detailed, orderly written, and covered all aspects of the construction.

During the construction we changed the height of the building and Needed to go to C of A for the second time and RF team defended our Proposal in the Committee and for the second time our infraction got Accepted.
Construction stage started with the demolition of existing house and Rebuilding the new one. Every stage started with a proper planning by Pezhman and Arvin who were the Architects and structural engineers of The project. Project is on the schedule and we highly recommend this Company to anyone who has a busy schedule and looking for a company Dedicated to quality job and committed to their words and stand by their Reputation.
