We met with Pezhman and Arvin through referral from our friends who happen to be contractors as well, after doing our drawings and getting a permit for our addition job in Richmond hill, the guided us throughout construction phase ultimately we decided that they are the right company to run the job for us and they became our GC the whole project could not been smoother they are always one phone call away, no corners were cut and since they are engineers who stamp the drawings they do follow them with no shortcuts the project was delivered on budget so we had additional money to do the basement as well, overall we are extremely happy with the job and the fact that we didnt have to deal with bad contractors who make the project a nightmare.
