Underpinning, extension design and many more for an old house
Rigid Frame is an exceptional Architectural and structural company among the other Companies in GTA.
We bought a new 1950s house in downtown Toronto which required a full renovation. We needed to open up many areas and underpinning and extension design was also part of our main design. Pezhman and Arvin who both are professionals in Architectural and structural design provided us with different layouts and designs and guided us through every step of getting the permit from the City. We received the permit a couple of weeks ago and moving ahead with their sister construction company Rigid Frame Builders as their price was reasonable in comparison with other construction companies out there. Very satisfied and excited to see our dream home being built by Rigid Frame. We need to mention the construction crew is very well-trained and organized.
