Dan is a very hard worker, he is polite and gets the job done. His cost is the best out there that I have found. We needed lots of finishing touches done in our home to sell and it’s such a relief to have this done. He finished in a day and worked hard till he was done. We highly recommend Dan.

Excellent job done through Dan's Home Improvements. His son Jonathan did great work and had the job completed in one day, including a thorough cleanup. He matched my house roof shingles and added a ridge vent. I would definitely recommend them.

2020 was the year to stay home and fix up your house since travel was impossible, so that's what I did. My garage was looking kind of crap so I decided it needed to be painted and organized. Before I would do all this I needed to get the drywall in the garage to a state where painting it wouldn't highlight all the crappy builder's drywall work so I took an add out on Homestars for drywall repair.

3 companies sent me quotes but I ended up hiring Dan from Dan's Home Improvements. He was honest and fairly priced. A week later Dan showed up and got to work. He mudded and patched up my whole garage to a state where I wouldn't mind painting it because it would look great. In one day Dan mudded and sanded the drywall on the walls and ceiling. His work is great and I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

I highly recommend Dan's Home improvements. It was the 2nd time we hired Dan for some work a couple of weeks ago. If you talk to him about issues related to your house, you will see he knows what he is doing. What we really like about him is that he is very honest. There is nothing much that he can’t do, but he will tell you if he can’t. Even though he can make more money if he replaces something, he tells you that he can simply fix it. We saved quite a bit of money thanks to him (Another company quoted to replace). He also is accommodating of our needs and suggestions.
Another thing is that he is way better than any other pest control company. A lot of people hire pest control companies for mouse issues. What those companies really do is tell you where the entry might be, put a lot of poison, and leave. It’s a band-aid fix and never permanently solves the problem. On the other hand, Dan knows where the entry is from outside and he fixes it.
Dan also patiently answered all my silly questions and concerns.
We are so happy that we know Dan. Just call him and you will know what I mean!

Dan was very responsive and quick with getting back to me right from the start. He can to do a measure and to chat about what I was looking for and he had some of his own ideas after seeing the deck.
It took a few days and I am so happy with the results. It turned out better then I envisioned.

Dan was very quick to respond to my request and efficiently repaired a hole from a leak in my ceiling (repaired with drywall and painted it to match the rest of the ceiling). It looks great! Thank you for all your help Dan!

Dan did a wonderful job drywalling, taping, sanding and painting our basement. He was punctual, worked full days, and got the job done quickly. He also left the basement very clean when the job was done. I would definitely hire Dan again.

Dan and Thomas replaced 2 posts of the fence that had rotted through and broken. They dug out the existing ones and replaced the concrete and posts without sacrificing any of the existing boards. They also tightened up all the joints along the fence that had been loosened in the wind due to the broken posts movement.

It was good to meet both of them and I was happy with the results.
