Dan was very reliable and showed up on time on his first visit to provide an estimate. He also completed the work in a timely manner. Overall we were quite satisfied with the work completed. We found Dan on HomeStars and was very happy with his work.
He installed crown molding in a couple of the bedrooms, baseboards in the basement, finished around a closet door, re installed the laundry room door and completed other minor trim work around the house. It took him only two days to finish the job, He showed up the time he stated and works very quickly with no breaks. We were very happy with the work that was completed. Have already recommended him and have already started to list other projects for Dan in the future.

Dan has done a number of different jobs for me, all to the highest quality. He is always on time, polite, with a quick turn around. His suggestions to improve on my requests have helped save time and money.

On a very short notice, we requested Dan to paint our condo and do some other jobs such as steaming the carpet, installing a new kitchen fan and changing the lights in the bathroom. The previous tenant, without us knowing, had left the place in a big mess. Dan did an amazing job despite the circumstances! He not only painted the condo to our entire satisfaction and more, but left the place spotless, clean and beautifully ready to receive the new tenant. Despite the short notice and the complications with the mess being left behind, dan proceeded with his commitment as promised, which makes him a very reliable and thorough worker to trust. Dan has been doing projects for me for many years, including, plumbing, painting, installing hardwood flooring, bathroom renovation, installing track and blinds, to name a few, He has always been on time, provided quality work and the prices are reasonable. Dan often offers suggestions that result in a more useful result and less expensive way of doing things.

I had a number of construction repairs to be done around my house. Dan from Dan's Home Improvements came to do the work. He was wonderful - he can do almost any construction repair you need. He is dependable. His rates are reasonable. He is a tireless worker and he is a delight to have around. He bends over backwards to please you. He even climbed a ladder 3 stories to point the brick on the exterior of my house. Along with construction work Dan does regular painting and spray painting, pressure washing, flooring and tile installation and carpet steam cleaning. He can even steam clean the carpet in your car if you want him to.
I saw an intricate floor tile job he did and it was PERFECT.
When I have more repairs to do around my house, I will definitely be calling Dan again.
