We chose them because of quick starting date, reasonable cost and friendly project manager. It turns out they did not show up on time after demolition; they contracted out all the work; did not and will not finish job until we agree to pay in full. They have increase the final bill by sneaking in extra items and threatening to send us to collection if we do not pay before they even finish the job. Exactly the contractors you want to avoid.
