I moved to my new home in 2012. When I moved in, a guy sent a furnace without saying that it was for rent. I signed on the paperwork, realizing that I had received it. However, it was a 10 year contract. I called NHS that I needed to pay over $6000 to terminate the contract as I already paid over $2000. I was told the original price is over $8000. How did it happen? Why did NHS charge a lot without anyone standing out to fight against the company? Their contract is worse to the new moved-in people. If I knew what would happen to me earlier, I would not have signed the contract 3 years ago. I was charged too much for the furnace and heater. I now pay around $100 per month. Let's calculate for 10 years, it will be over $11700. Terrible!!!
- Approximate cost of services:
- $100.00
- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
