Spotless Maid

Spotless maid was absolutely the worst decision. They did a horrendous job and cleaning our house and treated our house like we were beneath them. They didn't schedule enough time properly for their visit, so they decided to leave one of the bedrooms dirty and not deal with it. They also left 23 minutes early for the scheduled time that we paid them for, and when we questioned it they claimed they came early (which isn't true).The floors and furniture were still covered in dust when they left and after watching them broom, it was obvious why that was the case. They did not put any true effort into cleaning. They vacuumed and sprayed the room to make it smell clean. They put our dirty shoes onto our bed while they cleaned and we were left with mud stains on our comforters.

They did NOWHERE CLOSE to all the chores that were listed on their website. They were lazy, and beyond everything else, the lady in charge - Hilary was extremely rude. It was probably the worst customer service we have EVER witnessed. They never said bye when they left the house. They grabbed the cheque off the counter and slammed the door closed to leave. We ran out after their car saying that they forgot to clean a bedroom. Hilary told me that she had no time and ignored me and drove away. I would never recommend this place ever. The other two males working for Hilary though, were extremely pleasant and did whatever Hilary demanded of them. This was the worst housecleaning service EVER.

Also known as Maid to Clean, this company claims to provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They sent 2 cleaners for 2 hours, of which one was good and covered her areas well. The other seemed to clean only superficially, not deep cleaning with care and attention, missing areas as dust and hairs were left on them, where they had said they had cleaned...Contacted them to come back and clean areas they went over that were left with dust and spots, but they refused.....some guarantee!! very disappointing!
