THIS COMPANY WAS ON TIME FOR THEIR DELIVERY AND PICKUP. THEIR DISPATCH WAS VERY HELPFUL ALSO, THEY HELPED ME SAVE MONEY ON AN EXTRA BIN. GREAT COMPANY TO USE FOR YOUR DISPOSAL SERVICES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM.

Ordered a 40 yard bin for a major house renovation. After the first two weeks, Expert Waste called to see if I was done with the bin. I responded by saying it would likely be full the following week. No further conversation was had, when the dispatched a truck to take the bin away before I filled it up.

Spoke with them about the situation and was offered a $25 discount on the $175 charge of bringing a second bin which I would not have needed if they had left the first one. No further assistance from them and they did not seem to care too much about their error in picking up the bin early.

Also, damage done to the driveway as they do not put anything under the bin.

Doing a major home reno, I have ordered my share of bins. I started using Expert Waste Services Inc. as they were the best priced bin I could find. After two bins, I found someone cheaper - what a mistake! The other company's 'truck kept breaking down' or they were 'too busy'. After two bins and about 40 excuses later, I switched back to Expert Waste and couldn't be happier.

I have ordered about 5 x 40yd bins and 2 x 14yd brick bins from them and they have always been there on time and very accommodating. They seem to have multiple trucks and have never had any excuses - they are very reliable.

Oddly enough - the bins I thought were cheaper (because they were flat rate) actually turned out to be more expensive as they have a max weight in the fine print. Even though Expert Waste Inc. charges by weight - it turned out to be cheaper in all cases.
