We were extremely satisfied with the customer service and quality of work we received from Unique Touch and would highly recommend them in the future - We will only use them going forward! We had some damage that had to be repaired and since the floors were on the main level of our house, we wanted to ensure they received the best quality care. Tony was so helpful from the beginning - coming out in a very timely manner to give us an estimate. Based on his expertise, he advised us on the best course of action and spent a lot of time addressing all of our questions and concerns with patience and knowledge. They were able to fit our work in to best accommodate our schedules, and were extremely meticulous about sealing up our cabinetry, light fixtures, stair ways, etc. to prevent the dust from spreading within the open concept house as well as doing a really nice clean up once they finished. The team (Tony, Edson and their team), were super professional and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The result of their work was exactly as they had promised, a huge improvement and restored floor in the main area of our house. Edson, Tony and team did an excellent job on our floor. We had our 1,100 sqft chalet recently built and were not satisfied with the builder's power-trowelled concrete finish. We hired Unique Touch to grind and polish the builder's finish and the results were like night and day. Edson and Tony were very professional and responsive to every question, from start to finish. Understandably, we were skeptical of redoing our floors and spending more money for fear that we would just get the same thing or little improvement. This is where Edson and Tony shined. They strongly recommended that we see their previous jobs at Vaughan Mills and other places and not to rely on any photos, including theirs (as Edson said, photos don't give you an accurate representation and this was our mistake with the builder. My advice to anyone reading this is to see previous projects for yourself and not rely on photos). Edson wanted to make sure we saw what their finished floors look like. Once we did and were OK'd it, Tony drove up to Blue Mountain to look at the state of our floors and then grinded/polished a small area to check if our floors can transform into what we were now expecting. I can't say enough about this preliminary step, and level of service. They strongly recommended this step and it gave us full confidence in them and in what we would get. Edson and Tony wanted to make sure we were comfortable with that before starting and committing. Who else does this? Very rare and wish there were more contractors like this. Also, they had to do the job after we took ownership of the chalet, with brand new appliances, painted walls, bathtub, kitchen, etc already in place. The floors came out fantastic and exactly as we expected, with polishing right up against the walls and corners, without damaging any of our finishes. The team was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

As a home renovation contractor for 35 years, I have never had the opportunity to have polished concrete on one of my projects. We had the unfortunate situation on a home where the old basement slab had to be broken up, taken out and replaced with new. Well, talk about making lemon aide out of lemons. Normally I would have recommended tile and the owner would have suggested engineered wood but this time I recommended polishing the new slab.Unique Touch did a great job and provided us with a spectacular floor that resembles terrazzo at the cost of just the tile alone, before installation. They showed up when they said they would. Very professional team and I would use them again in an instant. I can hardly wait to suggest this finish to the next customer and have Unique back on the job. Thanks guys for a job well done.

I came into this project a little skeptical of the overall finished product but the guys over at Unique touch not only walked me through everything but they did a stellar job with my floor. My bland and boring concrete became quite the show piece that shines to the like of a granite floor or of such type. I am happy with the work and the professionalism of Tony along with his crew as well.

Edson was very professional and helped me at every step along the way. I was concerned about what the final look would be and he was very helpful with describing possible outcomes to me. The final look is perfect and he ever organized a final polish just before moving in to the house after a month of the floor being covered. It is perfect.
