Fieldmasters Synthetic Grass & Landscape Design

First off, I wanted to start this review by stating that Josh at Fieldmasters is a quality human being who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The reason I mention this is because I personally feel that excellent customer service is a dying breed across most industries. When you are excited and spending money on completing a project that will upgrade your living space, you want it completed with exceptional quality, in a timely fashion and in a professional way. This is exactly what you will get with Fieldmasters. Originally, Josh came to my house to discuss what I had in mind for my backyard and he was able to help not only with the turf expertise, but he was also able to facilitate a fantastic crew to come out and complete fence and interlock work. I am someone who appreciates people/companies staying true to their word and delivering a satisfying experience from start to finish. Our backyard renovation turned out exactly as we discussed in our initial site visit and ongoing conversations. My family is beyond happy with our backyard renovation and appreciate Josh and the Fieldmasters team. Thank you for making our dream oasis a reality.

I had two small lawns that were mostly mud with poor drainage. I knew I didn't want more stone and a friend of mine was really happy with her artificial turf so ... found Fieldmasters online and talked with Uri and got the info and a quote fast. Josh came out soon after and we finalized the choice of turf and the measurements. The work started about a week later and was all done in one day. I think there were 5 or 6 guys on the crew for my small job. Fast and meticulous. All in all, it was less costly than I thought and the result is great.

After having a less than satisfactory experience with an alternate company I had just about given up on having turf installed in my backyard. Then I found Josh and Fieldmasters. He promised the job would be done within a certain time frame and he absolutely delivered on it. The crew was very efficient and I had my new backyard within 2 days of starting the job. Youll want them to coordinate all of your home, work and personal projects after this! If only they actually could.

Transferred, moved cross-country and into a historic home and suddenly dealing with supply chain issues, contractors not returning my calls or emails, projects and renovations taking too long or being given a start date of 2023. I was familiar with artificial/synthetic turf, specifically for large dogs, having had it installed in the Lower Mainland by the company responsible for BC Place where the BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps play. Having contacted several companies near my new home and receiving disappointing quotes, inferior product or installation standards or no-shows for quotes, I was shocked to receive a call from not only the owner of Field Masters but also someone willing to bring his team from 4 hours away to complete this project. Yes, I was very skeptical at first. I read the reviews (stellar, impressive), read the businesses they have worked with (equally stellar and impressive) and still tried to figure it out. Our deal was essentially old-school a virtual hand-shake and Josh looked after every single detail after that--He even ordered extra grass, which came in handy when I opted to do the small piece of front yard as well. Josh was in constant contact whenever I had any questions, their web-site provides all the details you could want, especially if you are not familiar with artificial turf (I wanted it for the German Shepherd I have and to detract bugs from the backyard). The quote was based on the photos I sent and the rough estimates of dimensions I provided. The final quote never changed except for the front portion which was added.

The team showed up on time and were a DREAM to have around. They worked really hard, were perfectionists, incredibly fun and even complimented this old lady when she dressed up to go meet a friend for dinner. This service is not cheap nor is the product or service you receive but you are receiving quality for what you pay for and will not be disappointed. You are receiving the equivalent of Waygu beef not a Big Mac combo. It is worth it. You are also not paying the annual costs of time, energy or purchasing anything involved with watering, maintenance, fertilizing as this lawn does not require it like a hard-to-maintain natural lawn does.

In addition to quickly responding to my needs for having artificial turf installed before my shepherd arrived from out west, Josh had heard of my difficulties finding someone (anyone) to pave my drive-way before the snow falls so I could hire someone to do snow removal. For the local companies I could actually reach or who would return my calls, they could put me on the books for 2023. Josh? My drive-way will be done with inter-loc before Halloween. This company not only has the contacts but also are so well-organized they are able to provide you with an accurate quote within 24 hours and a time frame. This is not because they arent busy or in demand, but because they are willing to willing to go that extra mile to assist their clients, achieve the ultimate in client satisfaction by helping you achieve your dreams at your home, as much as they can. As I said, the only negative is youll want them to organize and take care of each area of your life and not even Amazon can do that. They are that good!

From concept to completion, it was a pleasure to work with Fieldmasters. They were given a design and not only did they make it happen but they were very accommodating with other requests along the way. It's an investment I don't regret one bit. I love my new backyard!!! We hired Fieldmasters because we were tired of the constant battle of maintaining our yard with a dog, and we could not be more impressed with how this project turned out. Josh came to quote the project within a few days and was very easy to deal with throughout the process. They were on time with the install and were very efficient and professional. Their workmanship and attention to detail is top-notch, for example, we have a concrete pad installed for a shed. They re-graded the entire backyard so that the ground was flush with the concrete pad while allowing for the proper drainage. They even wrapped the fence edges of the concrete pad with turf so there is continuity and flow throughout. Some may be put off by how expensive it is to (properly and professionally) install artificial turf, but for those on the fence, I would highly recommend it. This was not some cheap DIY install that I will be ripping out in a few years. This will last for a long, long time and will save me time and money over the long run. Most importantly this has increased our living space and has made our backyard much more inviting and useable.

Terrific experience. The service level was first class. The installers were excellent and the the team lead Chub was outstanding!

Our backyard has alot of shade so grass didn't grow well. After looking at other options, we decided artificial turf was our best option. Josh did a good job of explaining the process and answered all our questions. Chub and his team did a great job installing the turf. The crew were all very personable and worked hard to get the job done right. It looks great and we are so pleased to be able to enjoy our backyard again.

Fieldmasters installed artificial grass in a large area of our backyard, where an old putting green had worn out. The installation took two days, and looks great. It was a difficult installation but their crew - specifically Chubbs and Luke - were committed and diligent in getting it right. They went the extra distance to make sure I was happy with the end result. Seems like an increasingly rare quality these days!

Josh was very easy to deal with and clearly had the intention of ensuring I was happy and he could be proud of the job. The product is excellent. His staff are committing, easy to talk to and not afraid to adjust or accommodate with no extra fees. Everything was as advertised. I wish more trades were like these guys.
