Maid4Condos

I used Maid4 Condos for a move-out clean for my condo after my tenants had vacated the property. I've used many other cleaning companies before and all of them had left me with more to be desired. This was my first time using Maid4 Condos and based on my previous experiences with these other companies my expectations needless to say were not very high. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! First and foremost they were on-time, which never happens! Even though they were swamped that day with other move-out cleanings (it was the end of the month) they made sure at least one person got to my place on time and started while waiting for the second person to arrive. Swaara, who I met with, took into consideration all of the areas I was concerned about. She was quite honest if there was an area they could not address e.g. areas that required a ladder. They brought all of their own equipment and were very professionally dressed. Overall, very professional and customer-centric company. And of course they did a great job with the cleaning for a great price!
