I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by Maid4Condo. I decided to give them a try based on all the excellent google reviews - so I feel the need to share my experience here to warn others to not fall for all the 5 star reviews. I am attaching photos of how my condo looked like after they finished cleaning.
We booked a condo deep cleaning, with extra add-ons for interior window, oven cleaning, and inside of the fridge. I was charged $557. On the day scheduled, four cleaners arrived and cleaned for approximately 2 hours. When they left, my bathroom still looked very dirty, with the shower tiles still stained and areas like under cabinets and behind the toilet not cleaned at all. The rest of the condo also just looks like it was generally dusted and definitely not deep cleaned. The kitchen counter, back splash, inside of the fridge, inside of window all had areas that were missed.
I called their customer service and they apologized and said they will send someone to fix it the week after - but noted to me that their cleaners cannot use chemicals like bleach and therefore the bathroom tiles cannot be cleaned. I am baffled how you can charge a premium for a service like deep clean when the cleaners are not allowed to use the proper cleaning supplies. So I decided to not ask for a return visit but requested a refund instead.
Customer service dragged it on for almost two weeks and ended up only offering me $150 refund. So all in all, I paid over $400 for my home to still be dirty. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not use this cleaning company. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

Our 24 satisfaction guarantee policy is to come back and address missed areas and make it right. After our Quality control team reviewed missed areas, we offered to send one cleaner back as we did see that those areas could have been done better. As for the shower cleaning, we advised that we would do our best to clean it better, however unfortunately we couldn’t guarantee removing mold or mildew as we do not use harsh chemicals for health and safety of our staff.
We had a scheduled date for us to come back and make it right, but we understand you did not want to take advantage of this, therefore we have gone above and beyond and offered a partial refund of $150. Refunds are not part of our policy and we believe this was a truly reasonable offer. We understand your frustration and once again we sincerely apologize for falling short.
We have followed up with our cleaning team on this and we have taken your feedback as an opportunity to learn. We are actively working on areas of improvement along with our Quality control team.
