We noticed ants in our basement over the past couple of weeks. I wanted to get a quote to see what it would cost to have a pro come in instead of taking weeks to see if traps etc might take care of the problem. I appareciated that the response From Spartan contained incredibly detailed info including how the treatment would work, the range of what the cost would be, and a courteous reminder that if I hired another company, a 90 day guarantee is industry standard. Another company who contacted me tried to use fear tactics to get me to hire them which really bothered me. Spartan had the best price and was able to come in on the weekend to get the job done. So far, there are no ants to report, but I feel comforted by the fact that if they do come back, Jarrod said he would return to spray again.

Called 4 companies no one returned our call, although spartan pest control didn't answer they returned our phone call minutes later answering all of our questions, they treated our AirBnB unit for bed bugs right away. They did two treatments, and were very pleasant, no complaints yet. Thank you

Our first experience with this company was very positive, with a quick and effective wasp treatment at multiple properties. Subsequently we hired them again, and found that both quality and speed of service has considerably declined. At one property, rodent treatment was required, and despite being told that they could come out quickly, it took over a week and repeated follow up on our part to get someone out. Rodent treatment was ultimately ineffective and the problem returned. We have since hired another company who proved to have a superior response time, level of professionalism, and skill. Overall, would not use for rodents again.
