From charging me more than double of what they first quoted me to most of my product damage. (Scratch’s on or dents on all of my furniture and a big hole on the back of my night stand) This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The way they have dealt with me and my husband boils my blood. They show no concerns or understand or are willing to help you to get your product.
Everything was going okay, till the day of pick up. They show up and say they cannot take my entire product at once. They will schedule for a different day for my remaining product, which I was okay with. I had to deal with my landlord and ask for a favour to have an extra day for pick.
The second pick up, the guys come and says your furniture’s are too big we can’t take it out through the door. I live on the 17 flour obviously it will go through the door because there is no other way the sofa came in the fist time. Had a long conversation between the guys and the customer service department . It all came down to them saying they will charge me to remove the leg. Now to remove the leg all you need is screw, which my husband didn’t have. We had no choice but to let them charge us for something so little. The sofa is out the apartment door now. Its in front of the elevator. The pick up guys say the sofa is not gonna fit in the elevator. In order for the sofa to fit in the elevator they have to dissemble and for that we have to charge me. At this moment am speechless. I refused, they said they will leave my sofa there and drive away. I asked for all of my product back but Eva said they will charge me. My ill husband and one of the guy got the sofa in the elevator. With great regret my product was all taken.
The delivery day, they got all off my product in except the sofa. And they end up leaving it outside in the hallway. The guy’s left am sitting outside and calling around for help. My next-door neighbour saw me sitting there. He who is around 60 years of age or older helped me and my husband get the sofa in our home in less than 10 minutes.
Please be aware. If I only read the reviews. Angry and regret is what I gained from this company.
